Ms. Neon Ucheliei Yoma appointed and commissioned FSM Notary Public

FSMIS (October 9, 2013): Ms. Neon Ucheliei Yoma has been authorized and empowered by FSM President Manny Mori to be a Federated States of Micronesia Notary Public.

Ms. Yoma is granted the power “to execute and fulfill the duties of a Notary Public according to law, and to have and to hold the said office with all rights and privileges thereunto legally appertaining for a term of two years commencing on the 8^th day of October, subject to removal or termination as provided by law”.

President Mori authorized the commissioning of Ms. Yoma on the 8^th of October, 2013.
