The Department of Health and Social Affairs is currently accepting bids from a Consultant or an expert in conducting a

UNFPA-funded nation-wide house to house survey on family safety and protection, and analyzing and compiling the survey results into a final report. It is a six months period from December 2013 to June 2014.

 

 

 

Scope of Work

1. Work closely with the Department and UNFPA

2. Conduct training for support staff (interviewers/surveyors)

3. Conduct fieldwork in all 4 FSM States and monitor closely

4. Procure needed survey supplies and materials

5. Handle financial reports of project (through the Secretary's Office)

6. Prepare periodic/progress reports of project

7. Gather and Analyze survey findings (from randomly selected houses, FSM-wide)

8. Compile a report on findings of survey

9. Observe all FSM and UNFPA ethical regulations during the consultancy

 

10. Perform other works related to the grant
