Director Herry stated that according to regulations, run-off election must take place on the fourth Tuesday after the general election. For that reason, the election office is preparing for the run-off to take place on the 2nd of April, 2013.

As for petitions or any form of intervention to challenge the results, Mr. Herry said that there has not been any by any of the gubernatorial candidates (as of the time of the interview).
