It is with great sadness and a profound sense of loss that the Supreme Court of the Federated States of Micronesia announces that the Honorable Martin G. Yinug, Chief Justice of the FSM Supreme Court, passed away late Sunday afternoon, August 31, 2014, in his home State of Yap.
The remains of late Chief Justice Yinug is currently in Yap State. Further details regarding the state funeral and the burial will be released as they become available. We ask that you keep the family of the late Justice Yinug in your prayers and thoughts.
May he Rest In Peace in the palms of the almighty.
